Ballota is traditionally used in the following cases :

• Sedative : insomnia, nervousness, anxiety, psychic instability, neuroses, sympathicotonic states
• Respiratory antispasmodic : coughing
• Antispasmodic digestive : painful digestive spasms

Action on people unable to make a decision so they are indecisive, hesitant, influenceable or even tossed by the waters.

Typical subject too much adaptability, taste for study, literature, ease, mental flexibility, curiosity for all areas, change.

Action on duality, the dispersion of thoughts and energies, the superficial mind.

Self-prescription advice

Generally, the following continuous treatment :

Take one pipette three times a day : morning, noon and evening between meals directly in the mouth.

Stir in the mouth with saliva for 1 to 2 minutes then swallow.

Shake the bottle before use.

For children : half a pipette three times a day.
