Dosage
One teaspoon (5gr) in a small glass of mineral water. Mix well with a non-metallic spoon.
To take 15/30mn before breakfast.
If necessary, take in the evening as well 15/30mn before bedtime.

I’m 64, female, and DJED is my absolute favorite Fulmina product (I’ve taken Lapis Pro, Lapis Elixir, Ostra, Olea, and Juvenes…all are great but this is my #1). Why do I love the DJED? After just 2 months I started seeing muscle in my arms (less bat wings) and definition in my shoulders that in spite of hitting the gym for 6 years (weights, elliptical and HiiT), I was unable to achieve this definition prior to taking the DJED. You’ve got to be kidding me! Was I pleasantly surprised? Elated! Especially since my consistency in working out has been a lot LESS the past 2 years due to impactful life changes. I now take DJED for 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off and will continue this regimen as it seems to be agreeing with me and I yes, I continue to see results. Woo hoo!!
