Dosage

For prevention :

Pour powder in lukewarm water and add a teaspoon of honey (do not warm water in a microwave). Take one teaspoon (2 to 3 Gr) of powder twice a day 30 min after breakfast and 30 min after dinner.

For active results :

Pour powder in lukewarm water and add a teaspoon of honey (do not warm water in a microwave). Take one teaspoon (2 to 3 Gr) of powder three times a day 30 min after breakfast, 30 min after lunch and 30 min after dinner.
